  • Clothes once dry cleaned cannot be “returned” for refund after usage.
  • If you face any issue with cleaning quality, stains, ironing, or packaging, you can request a free re-clean service within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Garments must be unused and in original delivered condition for complaint verification.
  • Any missing or damaged item concern should be reported immediately after delivery.

Reclean & Quality Assurance
