Cancellation Policy

Before Pickup

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule their order before the pickup executive arrives.
  • Prepaid orders cancelled before pickup are eligible for a full refund.
  • No cancellation charges apply for early cancellations.

After Pickup

  • Once garments are picked up and processing has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • Dry cleaning, laundry, steam ironing, and stain-removal services are considered service-based processes and cannot be reversed after treatment begins.

Many professional laundry and dry-cleaning providers follow a similar policy where cancellations are allowed only before garment processing starts.

Refund Policy

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

  • Pickup was not completed due to operational issues
  • Duplicate payment was made
  • Order was cancelled before pickup
  • Service could not be completed by our team
  • Verified garment loss or damage caused during processing

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Completed dry-cleaning or laundry services
  • Minor color fading, shrinkage, or fabric wear due to garment nature
  • Stains that are permanently set or non-removable
  • Delicate fabric reactions during cleaning
  • Claims raised after the complaint timeline

Industry-standard dry-cleaning policies generally exclude refunds for completed services unless there is verified damage, loss, or service failure.

Reclean & Service Support

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning quality:

  • You may request a free reclean/rewash within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Garments must remain unused after delivery for quality inspection.
  • Our support team will review and resolve concerns as quickly as possible.

Several modern laundry services provide limited-time reclean support instead of direct refunds for completed cleaning services.

Damage & Loss Policy

Kleanza handles every garment with utmost care using professional cleaning methods. However:

  • Customers are advised to check pockets before handing over garments.
  • Pre-existing damage, weak fabric, embellishment issues, or color bleeding risks should be disclosed during pickup.
  • Compensation, if applicable, will be evaluated according to garment condition and service value.

Professional dry-cleaning businesses commonly limit liability for delicate fabrics, embellishments, and pre-existing garment conditions.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund timelines may vary between 5–10 business days depending on banking partners and payment gateways.
